GA RE Fund 3, LP is a real estate value-add income fund started in 2017. The goal of the fund was to invest in multi-tenant income producing buildings that have been poorly managed, poorly marketed or need re-positioning. The equity has been used to purchase office/warehouse condominiums in Buford and an office/warehouse building in Hoschton.
All properties sold for a substantial ROI.
