Wayne Capital is a family owned and operated company that creates and manages real estate investment funds. The company’s goal is to maximize investment returns for the investors through strategic acquisitions and development, detailed financial analysis, operational oversight, professional management and opportunistic dispositions. In addition to Wayne Capital Management being the General Partner in these funds, the principals of Wayne Capital are a major investor in each fund as a Limited Partner alongside the other investors.
